Please note that you will receive a confirmation email from Elise Stolzle the week before the challenge begins with more information and confirmation of your team workout days/times.
A team must have a minimum of 3 participants to form a group. If a group cannot be formed or is full, you will be moved to your second-choice team time.
You will not be able to switch from group to group. The goal is to make significant strength gains over 12 weeks and track progression. It is important to stay with your same trainer throughout the 12 weeks to properly monitor your technique, improvements and programming.
