Thank you again for donating your time for the benefit of your charity. While you may have the opportunity to work in another capacity for this event, 90% of the volunteer positions will be for Responsible Beer Servers (RBS). This position is one of the most important to the success of this event. While it is great fun interacting and enhancing the enjoyment of our guests, valued brewery partners, etc, it also holds a tremendous amount of responsibility for the critical safety of this event.
By signing below you are acknowledging and agree to:
1. First and foremost following all Responsible Beer Serving rules and guidelines which will include:
- NO DRINKING WHILE SERVING!
- NO SERVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE.
- NOT POURING MORE THAN THE DESIGNATED 2 OZ TASTE,
- NOT SERVING ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE PROPER WRISTBAND OR IS OVER INTOXICATED AND…
- IDENTIFYING THOSE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD NOT BE DRINKING TO YOUR SUPERVISOR OR SECURITY.
2. Attend the mandatory RBS/overview training provided prior to the event start.
3. Unless otherwise directed, show up on time of the day and session you select. (If you are running late please contact someone ASAP.)
4. Sign in at the Volunteer Check-in area *Please allow plenty of time to get to the fair, park and walk to the festival area, as it opening weekend at the fair, and it is crowded!! Please carpool if you can, there are other alternative forms of transportation available, and we will send info on those soon. (If you come late or leave early you may not be able to serve as a volunteer.)
5. Be prepared to work/stand the full 4 hour shift. If you need a break let your supervisor know and we will try to accommodate.
6. Promptly stop serving beer at the end of the shift time. You will be relieved by brewery or event staff. Please DO NOT to leave the booth unattended.

Big Brother Big Sister of Orange County (BBBS) is the 'Official Charity Partner' for this year's OC Brew Hee Haw and the ABC license holder. Therefore, you will be a BBBS volunteer during this event. However, there may be a cooperative agreement between BBBS and your 'Home Charity' whereby donations from your efforts will go to your charity. (Please name below.) All donations for other volunteers will be given to BBBS.

All persons attending/volunteering/working or otherwise entering this event must be at least 21 years of age and must show a valid pictured ID. This event will NOT be canceled due to weather. By signing below I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages, death, personal injury or property damage which I may SUSTAIN, or which hereafter accrue to me arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in this event, against Orange County Brew Hee Haw, Brew Ha Ha Productions, and The OC Fair & Events Center, Costa Mesa, CA, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, their auxiliary organizations, trustees, officers, employees, and authorized volunteers. I understand and agree that this waiver/release and assumption of risk is binding on my heirs and assigns. I understand I may not be served alcohol or serve alcohol at the discretion of the event producers and or staff. I understand that I may be removed from the event, at the sole discretion of the producer of this event and their assignees for any misconducts causing annoyance or danger to others including but not limited to, excessive cursing, aggressive behavior, etc. I give my permission to Orange County Brew Hee Haw/Brew Ha Ha Productions, The OC Fair & Events Center, and all attendees, affiliates, sponsors, media, etc. to use my name, photographs, or any other media including video or audio format collected at this event.
