* Financial aid to assist with paying the Council Program Fee is available to all Scouts with a demonstrated need, subject to available funds. Priority is given to youth with the most financial need.

* Financial assistance is only available to Scouts who are registered in units with the New Birth of Freedom Council.

* Financial aid is non-transferable between Scouts.

* All information on this form must be completed before this application can be reviewed.
