The booking process:
1. Submit trip request. Please provide as much detail as possible so that our office may provide the best quotes to meet you travel needs.
2. Planning. We will provide up to 3 quotes that best fit your trip request.
3. Booking. Time to book! We will provide you all the details on how to book your travel proposal. We offer low deposits and flexible payment plans.
4. All booked. You will be entered into our client app, Travefy, to view your trip and make payments. We will send payment reminders about payment due dates.
5. Time to travel. 2 weeks prior to travel our travel advisors will send your final documents, and all the information you need to ensure a seamless vacation.
