1. Services Provided
The Provider offers high-pressure jet cleaning.
2. Booking and Payment
A confirmed booking is required before service.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
A deposit may be required for large jobs.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a fee.
The Provider reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must inform the Provider of any surface damage, weak materials, or areas that require special attention before work begins.
5. Liability and Damages
While care is taken during all work, the Provider is not liable for:
Damage to poorly maintained or fragile surfaces.
Pre-existing damage or structural weaknesses.
Water ingress due to poor sealing or inadequate construction.
All work is performed at the Customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Health and Safety
The Provider adheres to industry-standard safety procedures.
Children and pets must be kept away from the work area during cleaning operations.
7. Satisfaction and Complaints
If the Customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify the Provider within 24 hours.
Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve any issues.
8. Force Majeure
The Provider is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, or equipment failure.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Boise, Idaho.
