Payment Adjustment Form - 2026
Run the Troop Balance Summary report in ABC Smart Cookies (see Troop Plan Book for directions). If the amount due is more than the balance in the Troop bank account, you must complete this online Payment Adjustment form to reduce the troop payment amount due to insufficient funds. This form below must be submitted by 3pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

  • Please note: payment may be reduced, but troop should pay at least 50% of total amount due to Council.
  • Payment is due in full by Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Remaining balance will be deducted via ACH from the Troop's bank account. Any troop whose ACH payment is declined due to non-sufficient funds (NSF) will be responsible for any related fees. Troops missing payment plan deadlines are subject to a $15 per week fine and may be sent to collections.
