    Ownership of Goods:
During the hire period the Instrument remains the property of the Retailer until 18 consecutive monthly hire payments have been made. You must not sell or dispose of it.

    Insurance and Responsibility:
The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the Instrument other than normal wear & tear. In the event of theft the full value of the Instrument must be paid in full. We therefore recommend you insure the instrument.

    Period of Hire:
You agree to hire the Instrument for a minimum of four months. After 4 months we will automatically begin to take monthly hire payments by direct debit if the Instrument is not returned to us. You can cancel this agreement at any time simply by returning the Instrument.

    Continuous Payment Authority:
You authorise the Retailer to charge your account as payments become due in respect of this agreement.

    Care of the Instrument:
You must take reasonable care to ensure that the Instrument is secure, adequately maintained and is not liable to misuse. We must be notified of any loss or damage. If the Instrument is returned to us in need of repair or with wear and tear that is beyond reasonable, the cost of repair or depreciation to resale value is bearable by the Hirer.

    Return of the Instrument:
It is your responsibility to return the instrument safely to us. We recommend that any returns are made in person or by using a national courier service and fully insured in case of loss or damage. Hire charges up to and including the month of return are non refundable.

Change to your details or circumstances:
The Retailer must be notified immediately of any changes to your address, phone number, payment card details, bank account details or employment situation.

    Cooling off period:
You have a 14 day cooling off period during which you have the right to return the Instrument for a refund. You will be charged for the time that you have had the Instrument in your possession. Goods must be returned undamaged in original packaging, in brand new and unused condition.

Press continue to submit your application. You will be taken to a secure page where your details will be collected for future hire payments.
