Intended Use: The submission may appear in the ANA’s print magazine, online magazine, money.org website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and other media now known or later developed.

1. The minor retains copyright to their original work but may not reproduce the ANA’s designs, templates, or layouts. They cannot use any of the following:

·  ANA's logo is trademarked and cannot be reproduced in your reprints.

·  Images – Any images incorporated into any published work by the ANA are not authorized for reuse unless they are in the public domain.

·  Brand Elements – Fonts, colors, and layout specific to ANA's design must not be replicated.

·  Descriptions – Any official ANA descriptions, taglines, or branded content should not be copied or used.

If the any ANA published content is reproduced in any manner, the following verbiage shall be included: "Reprinted with the permission of the American Numismatic Association (money.org)."

2. By signing this form, the parent/guardian grants the ANA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and promote the submission in print,
online, social media, promotional materials, and all other formats now known or later developed.

3. The submission may be edited for grammar, clarity, or length, while respecting the integrity of the work. The ANA reserves the right to decline publication at its discretion.

4. Monetary compensation (if applicable) will be provided under the ANA Author Payment Agreement. If required by law, payment will be made to the parent/guardian on behalf of the minor.

5. The minor’s name (and optional biographical information, if provided) may be published with the submission. The ANA will not disclose additional personal information (such as address, phone number, or email) without further consent.

6. This consent applies only to the submission or submissions listed above. A new consent form must be completed for future submissions until the minor reaches age 18.

I, the undersigned, am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above. I have read and understood the terms of publication outlined above. I grant permission for the minor’s work to be published by the American Numismatic Association under these terms.
