AFCA MEMBERSHIP
AFCA is the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. They are our EDR (External Dispute Resolution) Scheme. All Credit Represenatives must be a member of AFCA and if you have a company your company must also be a member of AFCA as well as you as an individual. It usually takes them a week to issue membership certificates.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a current AFCA Member, you need to call AFCA on 1300 56 55 62 and let them know that your Licensee is now Mortgage Australia Group, AFCA Member Number 41739.

Company AFCA Certificate *
Because you are joining as a company, you need to join AFCA as a company (as well as joining as an individual). So you should complete the joining form a second time, this time selecting 'Company'. To be clear, you need a certificate for your membership as an individual and also a a certificate for your membership as a company.
