IMPACT Leadership Training Workshop 2016
School Application Form for South Workshop (Olds High School on April 25, 2016)

In preparation for your upcoming sports seasons, high school sports leaders and advisors are invited to a leadership training workshop that will address the topics of leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, respect and positive values.

Registration fee for this workshop is $35 per person (this includes GST, training materials, t-shirt and lunch). Cheques will be required onsite during registration and should be made payable to Alberta Schools' Athletic Association.

Reminder of the recommended selection criteria when choosing your delegates (not the same students that attended previous year):
- two current grade 10 athletes (one of each gender)
- two current grade 11 athletes (one of each gender)

Please note that we will be asking that all delegates wear their IMPACT t-shirts during the workshop.

The deadline for registration is April 11, 2016. All Alberta high schools are welcome to attend this workshop.

    2. to accept responsibility for all behavior so that it does not reflect discredit on my school or on each individual
    3. to use no tobacco, alcohol or illegal drugs at the workshop
    4. to treat all other student/adult delegates, staff, facilitators, speakers and school staff and school facility with respect and dignity
