Thank you for applying to attend Kansas City Fashion Week's S/S '23 runway showcase that will be held at Union Station Kansas City on March 4th- March 11th, 2023 as a retail buyer.

This form is only applicable to those wanting to attend the runway shows to view designer collections for potential sale within their retail establishment.

There are no fees associated with the Retail Buyer Pass, but you must indicate which store/boutique you will be representing, which will be verified.

By applying for a Kansas City Fashion Week Retail Buyer Pass, you agree to and understand the following criteria:

- You are the official representative of the retail establishment listed in your application.

- This Retail Buyer pass is for KCFW's in-person runway events.

Your attendance of the KCFW runway shows will include but is not limited to:

-Runway show attendance of your choice
-KCFW Designer Introduction after shows have been viewed


You understand that:
(1.) Your retail buyer pass cannot be copied and is not transferable,
(2.) Your retail buyer pass can be revoked at any time.
