In order to address barriers for speakers, we can provide complimentary conference registration for the entire 3-day conference and one hotel night either the night before or the night of the presentation if financial assistance is needed. If you are selected to speak and request financial assistance, you will receive a registration code to waive the conference registration and the NEFHS will book your hotel room.

As budget allows, we will review requests for additional support of up to one additional hotel night (two total) for those traveling from a longer distance and a travel stipend of up to $250. We kindly ask speakers whose employers are able to cover their registration, lodging and travel costs to do so in order to ensure support for other speakers.

We encourage speakers to submit a roundtable topic for consideration in addition to your proposal for a session. Please indicate below your interest in hosting.

Note: the roundtables may be scheduled on a different day from your presentation.
  • Please list the topic(s) you would like to host. This does not need to be the same as your presentation.
