    Each day includes two unique tracks with different music levels and selections.
  • Track 1 (developing ringers/directors, level 2 and 3 music) and Track 2 (intermediate/advanced handbell performance choir experience, level 3 and 4 music).​

  • The per day package cost for those staying onsite at Sinsinawa Mound Center is $60, inclusive of three daily meals.

    ​*IMPORTANT: You and your guest must indicate in advance below your name as the person inviting them to attend. Good for first-time guests only. No limit on number of first-time guests eligible. One person can register multiple first-time guests. Checks given during week of the workshop. May not be used in advance to pay for registration fee. All participants must register, pay for, and attend the workshop to be eligible.
  • Instruments & Equipment Needed!

    Malmark Handbells, Choirchimes, Padding, Mallets, Tables

    Please indicate the octaves of Malmark handbells, choirchimes, foam padding in 3’ sections only, and mallets you would be willing to bring. If needed you will be contacted in advance of the workshop.

  • Workshop Fees, Discounts, Payment

    Workshop Fee: $310 per person including workshop registration, four daily lunches, Thursday evening dinner, music packet, and snacks.

    Early Bird Registration Discount: Register by April 15 ($25 discount) and May 15 ($20 discount)

    First Time Participant Discount: Receive the Early Bird Discount through May 15, or a $10 discount after that date.

    Payment in advance of the workshop is required to Midwest Music.
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy

    Refunds for cancellations received by June 1 will be made minus a $25. Refunds for cancellations received after June 1, but at least 7 days prior to the start date, will be made minus $50. Cancellation refunds cannot be made with less than a 7 day notice (June 22) prior to the workshop start date.
