Art and Craft Vendors please fill in the following vendor application.

Thank you for considering being a vendor for the Northwood Village Art Night Out is held on the last Friday of each month. All vendor applications are submitted to the jury for approval at 6 pm on the 15th of each month.

As of December 1, 2017, new rules will be in place! All Vendor must apply and supplies images as requested below.

Only approved vendors will be allowed to set up during Northwood Village Art Night Out.

There will be NO vendor fee for the Art Night Out event. Yes, you can set up for Free. We do however expect vendors to promote the event and invite their clients to enjoy Northwood Village and all its charm for each event. Social media post will be available for you to share.

Vendors will be able to pick the dates they wish to attend. We ask that if you have committed to a specific date and for some reason cannot attend that you notify the event coordinators asap so we know how many vendors are expected for each event.

Vendors with Facebook pages accounts will be added to the Northwood Vendor Scoop once approved. This where we post news about the happening of the Art Night Out for Vendors. this is a private group not open to the public.

Note the Art Night Out event is a rain or shine event. In the case of extreme weather, the event night could be canceled for the safety for all.

After submitting and the voting has taken place you will receive and email from us if you are approved or not. Only approved vendors are allowed at Art Night Out.

    Northwood Village's ArtNight Out ART & CRAFT VENDOR APPLICATION

    Approved Art and Craft Vendors are welcome on the last Friday night monthly from 6pm - 9pm in Northwood Village, located one mile north of Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. on Northwood Road, 24th , and 25th Streets between N. Dixie Hwy and Broadway.

    Northwood Village ARTNight Out will be every Last Friday of each month will be extra special with live music in the Village.

    All vendors must be approved by the Northwood Village Art Night Out Committee. The artwork must be originally created and produced product of the displaying vendor. Items such as Mary Kay, Avon, multi-level businesses or diet products are NOT permitted or Buy/sell resale vendors are STRICTLY prohibited.
    No soap or beauty products or flower vendors will be considered to be a vendor. Vendors applying that have a similarity to a Northwood Merchant may not be approved, additional review may be needed.
    Applicants must submit a minimum of two photos of work or products they intend to exhibit. Digital photos, as well as this application, are accepted online. Applications deadline is the 20th of month at 5pm and we will notify the artist / crafter ASAP if they have been accepted via email from NorthwoodArtNightOut@gmail.com. (please add this email to your contact to help insure your notification doesn't go into your junk mail folder.)

    Vendors are limited to approximately 10’ of street/sidewalk space to display their work. All vendors must provide their own means to display their products such as tables, tablecloth, chairs, and lighting. Limited area available for tents. Setup materials have to be sturdy enough to withstand crowds, winds, and other weather conditions. Tents Must be weighted.

    All vendors will need to check in at the information area on the corner of Spruce and Northwood Rd. to receive their assigned location as we will assign the locations to space out similar vendors. Check in and set up times start at 4:30pm.

    Set-up locations will be in front of empty stores and lots. Spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

    Electricity is available, although exhibitors must supply their own extension cords, which need to be covered and taped down. Note Batteries powered lighting is a great source of lighting also. You may also look at purchasing a Power supply pack they work great also.

    All Vendor booth set up locations will be on sidewalks. The streets will not be closed off for traffic unless there is a major event planned and funding is in place to close the street. If you are a tented vendor you tent will need to be set up over the side walk with a pathway in the middle for shopper to walk thru.

    All Vendors are required to be registered and be approved to set up in Northwood Village.

    No sales, use, or possession of alcoholic beverages is permitted. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax.

    In order to attract as many visitors as we can we encourage all vendors to invite their followers and let them know that you will be set up in charming Northwood Village. A media kit for your use will be emailed to you so you can share on your websites, newsletters and social media. The more everyone shares the more business you and others may get. Research shows that word of mouth is the best form of advertisement so talk about it and spread the word!

    We do encourage you to set up every month to keep a consistency in the Art Night Out event.

    By filling in this form you are verifying that all provided information is true and you agree to all the terms of being an Arts and Craft Vendor in Northwood Village.

    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I understand the rules of Northwood Village ARTNight Out as stated above and I agree to comply with them. In consideration for my participation in the Northwood Village ARTNight Out, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, indemnify, hold harmless and release the City of West Palm Beach and the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency and their respective employees, agents, volunteers, Hennevelt’s Gallery and Gifts and the sponsors of this event from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in the waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing entities and persons to use any photography, motion picture, recording or any other records of me in this event for legitimate purposes. I understand that all or part of the event can be canceled due to extreme weather.
