Please be advised that we charge sellers the following fees:
$150 Facilitation Fee. This fee will be on the closing disclosure and deducted from the sale proceeds. This fee does not apply to entity-sellers (corporations, LLCs, etc.). This covers ordering HOA accountings, ordering mortgage payoffs, communicating/meeting with sellers and clearing title defects.
$100 Document Preparation Fee. This is discussed in detail in the seller transfer packet section of this form.
$55 Mortgage Cancellation Fee. We add $35 to this fee for each additional mortgage cancellation. This covers expenses associated with wiring/express mailing payoffs and following up with the lender to ensure that the mortgage is cancelled in the public record.
