Your captain will deliver a detailed safety brief prior to boarding the vessel for your own safety, and instruction in how to board, where to sit, location of safety equipment and instructions in the event of an emergency. Please ensure that you pay full attention. Wearing a lifejacket is not mandatory on our trips but your captain will still need to show you where they are located. Powerboating is unsuitable for people with some medical conditions; Namely, advanced pregnancy, people with back, spinal, hip or joint problems, heart conditions, epilepsy or any pre-existing injury or medical condition that could be adversely affected by the bumping motion of a powerboat ride. If you’re taking any medication that you feel may affect your ability to participate in this experience, with complete safety, please advise us of your circumstances prior to boarding and if we advise that you can participate safely, please ensure you have sufficient dosage with you for the minimum duration of the trip. If you have any concerns regarding any pre-existing injuries that may be affected in any way, please ensure your captain is advised prior to boarding the vessels. You may get wet while participating in this activity. This can vary according to the weather conditions or sea state on the day, and is completely beyond our control. It is recommended that you wear a bathing suit, sunshirt or anything you don't mind getting wet. We cannot accept any responsibility for any property lost or damaged if brought with you aboard the vessel. Any items brought aboard the vessel are entirely at your own risk. We do have a place to keep your bags dry but not locked, however theft is not really a concern here When the vessel is underway, remain seated. If you need to move, inform your captain so he/she can slow the vessel If at any time you feel uncomfortable, experience any pain or feel any distress, please notify the captain immediately. Safety is our top priority and we will never take you out in conditions we feel are unsafe. However we want you to feel comfortable too, so if at any point you don't, please inform your captain.
