By Signing and/or providing us with a valid instruction in respect to your Direct Debit Request, you have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions governing the debit arrangements between you and Stone Real Estate Hawkesbury as set out in your Residential Tenancy Agreement, this Request and in your Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.

1. The maximum amount to be debited is your weekly rental amount.
2. PLUS applicable water usage charges when/if they occur after providing me/us with 21 days notice in writing
3. PLUS applicable rent increase amount when/if they occur after providing me/us with 60 days notice in writing
4. I am aware that all debits to my account will be processed on a Thursday morning and will subsequently debit from Thursday afternoon/Friday morning depending on my bank
