He co-founded Cruiser Capital Advisors LLC (the "Cruiser Portfolios"). His Cruiser Portfolios Many public corporations have benefited from Mr. Rosenbloom's advice. A value-oriented private equity investor, he has invested over $30 million in public and private enterprises. Mr. Rosenbloom co-founded and led CARE Capital Group, an alternative investing firm. Mr. Rosenbloom previously co-managed Comvest Venture Partners, a private equity and bridge lending firm. He sits on the boards of Hillel International and Hatzalah (Israel's private EMT). Mr. Rosenbloom counsels two family offices. Keith earned a Yale honors degree. Mr. Rosenbloom has extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and PE.
