Ticket Donation Request Form
Use this form to request a donation of tickets to the Planes of Fame Air Museum for your fundraising activities. Donated tickets must be used for fundraising efforts such as Live or Silent Auctions, Gift Baskets, or Opportunity Drawings. Please submit this form at least 30 days prior to your fundraising event. We ask that you limit your request to once per 12-month period.

  • Note: Planes of Fame will only support your activity or event through donations of tickets for Museum admission. Sponsorships or donations for individuals, families, or teams (i.e. "walk-a-thons, contests, pagents, scholarships) are not eligible. Activities such as competitions, recognition awards, door prizes, free giveaways or similar incentives are not in the spirit of our targeted donations and will most likely not be approved.
  • Note: Tell us how the funds raised will be used (who will benefit, what will be funded, etc.)
