A copy of your insurance documents must be provided with this signed contract for confirmation of booking. A minimum of $10 million Public Liability Insurance is recommended. Please ensure your insurance company is aware you are participating in an outdoor event and you have the appropriate cover advised by your insurance company.

Your site will be secured upon full payment. Full payment must be made no later than 4 weeks prior to commencement of the Mackay AG Trade Expo, cancellation will incur a $220 fee. Wests Leagues Club will invoice you for your site.
