1. Safety Commitment
Putrajaya Effective Swimming Academy (PESA) will take all reasonable steps to ensure and implement safety measures throughout the programme.

2. Participant Responsibility
All participants must follow, understand, and practise every safety instruction and procedure given during the programme.

3. Liability
PESA shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or loss of personal belongings occurring before, during, or after the programme.

4. First Aid
In the event of an accident or injury within the premises, reasonable first aid assistance will be provided immediately.

5. Learning Outcome
Mastery of swimming skills depends on each participant’s individual ability. Participants are encouraged to practise the given drills in between classes for better and faster improvement.

6. Fees
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees will be forfeited if the participant is unable to complete the programme within the given period, regardless of the reason.

7. Health Condition
Participants with any medical or physical conditions should seek medical advice before joining. (Note: Generally, most people can learn to swim with proper precautions.)

8. Schedule & Venue
Venue, date, and time may change if necessary. Participants will be notified in advance.

9. Punctuality & Attendance
Participants are expected to arrive on time. Missed sessions will not be replaced, extended, or refunded.

10. Attire & Equipment
Participants must wear appropriate swimming attire, goggles, and PESA Swim Cap during every session.

11. Media Consent
By joining SHISP, participants/parents consent to PESA capturing photos and videos during the programme. These materials may be used for training, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes (including social media, website, posters, and brochures). If you wish to opt out, kindly inform us in writing before the programme begins.

12. Conduct & Behaviour
PESA reserves the right to discontinue a participant’s involvement if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or poses a risk to others. Fees will not be refunded.

13. Replacement Coach
PESA may assign another qualified instructor if the scheduled instructor is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
