•Registration is free for this event however all
registrations are due by Sunday, October 28th.
•Only Hill Chapel members will be allowed to register trunks for this event, however trick or treating is open to everyone.
•Trunks, hack backs and tailgates will be judged on presentation and creativity.
•All participants must provide OWN pre-packaged / unopened candy for distribution.
•All trunks must be decorated by 7:00PM and all vehicles arriving after this time will not be able to participate. We will start set up at 5:00PM.
•For safety purposes, vehicles will not be permitted to move or leave the parking lot until the event ends at 8:30PM.
•An adult must remain with your trunk for the entirety of the event for safety reasons.
•We will not be providing any electrical support for vehicle decorations.
•Set up and Tear down: All applicants are responsible for there own equipment (tents, chairs, tables, etc.).
•We ask that you please refrain from overly scary, frightful, blood gory, or inappropriate costumes and decorations. No clowns or masks that cover your face, no fake weapons.
•You understand that any photography taken at or during the event, yourself, or vehicle may be used for promotional purposes for future Hill Chapel Trunk or Treat events.
•Please be courteous to your trunk and treat neighbors and keep your music (no profanity or vulgar language) volume and your decorations confined to your lot space.
