  • Submit this form to select a template and/or provide content for a purchased Tribute Ad for the Green & Gold Celebration printed program.

    Note: This is a two part process. Purchase a Tribute Ad as part of the event registration (view the website calendar to register); submit this form to provide content.

    **If you are requesting more than one Tribute Ad, you will need to complete separate forms for each submittal.

    To complete your purchase, content must be submitted by May 16, 2024.

  • Write 1-2 sentences for a quarter page tribute ad, and 2-3 sentences for a half or full page ad.
  • Select the ad size/cost you have purchased as part of the event registration.

  • Photos must be at least 1MB in size. The format must be jpg, jpeg, or png.

  • In order to complete your order, you will need to include your payment as part of the event registration.
