Complete this form if you are planning to participate in Club Rush at San Diego Mesa College for the Spring 2024 semester.

Club Rush will take place from 11am to 2pm on Tuesday, February 27, to Thursday, February 29, at the Mesa Commons on campus. You may participate in as many or as few days as you please.
