Housing Lost & Lockout Key Request
All students will be charged a $25 key fee for new ID cards.
After 2 lockouts per semester, residents will be charged $25 for each subsequent key-in or when a temp card is issued.
Please submit the following form and the Housing, Engagement, and Student Life staff will email you when your card is ready for pick-up. If you have any questions about the status of your request, please email reslife@regis.edu
