USWT Shout Out with Pride Participation
This Award is for chapters, to be completed during each trimester. Send the completed form to USWT Public Relations Director online or email, no later that 5th of the month following the end of each trimester. (September 5, January 5 or May 5) .
1st Trimester - Founders Day
2nd Trimester - Make a Difference Day
3rd Trimester - Volunteer Week/Random Act of Kindness Day
Shout Out with Pride form can be submitted each trimester for recognition with:
1st submission being a small certificate,
2nd submission being a large certificate,
3rd submission being a “Shout Out” in the Today’s Leader and/or social media (i.e. Facebookor other USWT social media)
Year-End recognition: If form is submitted all three trimesters, the chapter will receive a “ShoutOut” at year-end in the Today’s Leader AND on social media with photo of the chapter and accomplishments.

Instructions for submitting
List ways that the activity met the Shout Out with Pride requirement. Must complete two of four options. Include a link and photo of event for recognition.
Check two or more boxes
Held a public membership event; include date, event and photo with chapter participation - showing how the chapter coordinated together. Example chapter shirts or merchandise.
Submitted newspaper/radio/other media outlet opportunities the chapter experienced within the current trimester. Example includes Facebook or TikTok live streaming. Include the link where the opportunity can be reviewed.
Have the Mayor or Governor sign your community’s Proclamation (normally signed during Founder’s Day or Women of Today Week but your chapter can choose when to celebrate your Proclamation).
Used the USWT Public Relations poster in your community—provide a snapshot of location where it is posted. Public announcements on social media; chapter members being recognized by wearing chapter clothing etc.
