Thank you for your interest in renting studio space at North Central Ballet. We are pleased to offer professional dance studio facilities for classes, rehearsals, private coaching, workshops, and related activities.

RENTAL RATES
• Studio rental rates range from $30–$50 per hour, depending on the studio requested and
availability.

• Payment is required prior to studio access.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENT (NO EXCEPTIONS)
All renters/instructors must maintain General Liability Insurance.
Minimum required coverage:
• $1,000,000 per occurrence
• $2,000,000 aggregate

Prior to use of the facility, renters must provide:
• A current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• North Central Ballet listed as an Additional Insured

No studio access will be granted without proof of insurance.

North Central Ballet does not provide insurance coverage for independent instructors, students, participants, or guests.

RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise all students and participants at all times
• Collect and maintain signed liability waivers from all participants
• Conduct activities in a safe and professional manner
• Follow all studio rules and facility policies
• Leave the studio clean and in the same condition it was found
• Be financially responsible for any damage caused by renters, students, participants, or guests

STUDIO RULES
• No black-soled shoes
• No street shoes on studio floors
• No food or beverages in the studios
• No props, scenery, equipment, or decorations without prior approval
• Appropriate dance attire and footwear required
• Minors must be supervised at all times
• Please respect neighboring businesses and common areas

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Studio renters operate as independent contractors and are not employees, representatives, agents, or affiliates of North Central Ballet.

LIABILITY
Renters assume all risks associated with their activities and agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Central Ballet, its owners, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from use of the facility.

CANCELLATIONS
Advance notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in
forfeiture of rental fees.
