"I started working for US companies back in 2011. I landed a job in Convergys Corporation wherein I worked as a Customer Service Representative for Amazon. This was my first introduction to the US culture and my inexperience has overwhelmed me but I was determined to succeed in the BPO industry so I applied for a Customer Service Representative role in SupportSave Solutions, Inc and this has paved the way for my supervisory role. I started as an agent and got promoted within 3 weeks from training. This experience has allowed me to develop my leadership and multitasking skills. I've handled several departments and eventually got promoted to a Senior Team Leader.

After two years of working as a Supervisor in Cebu, I decided to relocate and start over in a city near my hometown so I could save up for my future. Living in the city was difficult for me at that time because I was only earning enough to pay the bills and basic needs. I worked as a Technical Support agent until I could find a job opening as a Travel Specialist in StudentUniverse Corporation (now acquired by Flight Centre Travel Group). I was promoted to a Team Lead position within a month from training and have since then moved from different departments such as Phones, Chat, and the Ticketing Department. I also stayed in the Flight Centre Travel Group for more than 2 years. I would have stayed longer in this company had I not been diagnosed with cancer.

I took a year off from work so I could fully recover from surgeries and chemotherapy. I find a great sense of fulfillment by being able to provide for my needs and that of my family. I tried going back to work last year in an office but I found myself getting vulnerable every time a colleague gets sick. I am immunocompromised so the less exposure to the public, the better it is for my health. My most recent employment was as a Virtual Assistant for a Mortgage Broker and my daily task includes calling banks to submit loan applications and follow-through until we have an approval. Overall, I have the above 95% success rate at these applications.

I can assure you that I am in my best shape now and have never been sick since I decided to just stay at home. I've had a few stints of work from home projects but they were just for a short term contract. I am hoping to be able to land a long term employment with your company soon."
