*Vendors fees for 2026 vary per space size, total amount required as deposit. Additionally, the club requests vendor donates an item for the club raffle/exhibitor attendance awards. Coupons redeemable for merchandise are acceptable.

*Vendors must confine themselves to their assigned space. No relocation or set-up during show hours permitted. No loading or unloading will be allowed during the scheduled show hours.

*Vendors are solely responsible for payment of any required sales taxes.

*Vendors must be self-insured against breakage, lost or stolen items. Show hall will be secured Friday & Saturday nights.

*Electricity if required is an extra $25 fee per space You must bring your own extension cord(s) to use.

*Tables are NOT draped. Vendors must bring their own coverings.

*You must bring your Food and Drinks

*In the case of an NSF check, you will be charged a $50 fee.

*No refunds for failure to attend/vend.

*Three space options - Basic 8x8 , Standard 10 x10, and Deluxe 12 x 12
