This is to authorize HIGHPRIME REALTY, its Brokers and Salespersons led by MICHELLE B. MADARANG, Licensed Real Estate Broker # 0019349 to lease out my condominium unit above.
Broker’s Duty: The Broker’s duty includes offering/marketing to lease out the specified unit above, show the unit to potential lessees, assist in documentation and handover of the unit to the lessee. Any other services needed afterwards shall fall under property management services that shall be subject to professional fees depending on the coverage of required service/s.
That Michelle B. Madarang shall receive a commission fee equivalent to ONE MONTH RENT per year of the lease contract as stipulated in the Rental/Lease Contract, payable upon the execution of the instrument – in Cash on the spot.
In case of renewal of lease, Michelle B. Madarang shall receive an equivalent of HALF OF ONE MONTH RENT for every year of lease as stipulated in the Rental /Lease Contract, payable upon the execution of the instrument or upon renewal of contract whichever comes first.
This non-exclusive authority to lease is good until the property remains available on a First Come First Serve Basis.
***Note: Listing your unit is FREE. Broker shall only be paid his/her Professional Fee upon closing a deal with a lessee endorsed by the Broker.
