Captains or Team Leaders:

1. Please fill out separate Bocce Tournament Registration Form per team or player for each event and submit.

2. Once you have completed all the Registration Forms, you can pay online with the Master Registration Order Form. On that form you will select the number of teams or players you are paying for collectively. Award Banquet tickets will also be purchased through this same form.

• Medals awarded to top 3 teams.
• Register by May 15, 2026 to be listed in the program.
• Registration Deadline: May 30, 2026
• This form is available on www.methuensonsofitalylodge902.com or the USBF website at www.USBF.us.
• Rules: CBI Rules and Code of Conduct will be enforced.
• Balls: Composition Balls (107mm diameter and 920 grams) Balls are provided or bring your own.
• Uniform: Teams must wear matching shirts in both style and color. The USBF Logo, State Flag and Player Names are NOT required. Tank tops, sleeveless shirts nor blue jean pants are allowed. Pants or shorts should match, at least in color. Please review USBF Uniform Standards.
• Membership: All players must be a member of the USBF in order to play.
