Summer Staff Application
Please fully answer all of the following questions.

There are multiple types of summer staff at Blueprint. All positions will receive compensation for their role including some gas coverage. There are positions available for Spring Break, Summer and Year-Long terms.

Year Long: This intern will get the full experience of working at an inner city ministry. The commitment for this position is January through August. You will gain all the necessary skills that Blueprint requires such as construction knowledge and event planning. This position will challenge and stretch the intern to grow in their faith and as a person.

Summer Staff Positions:

Construction Counselor – Don't let the name fool you; you don't have to be an expert in construction to thrive in this position. This is essentially Blueprint’s version of a camp counselor. You will oversee work being done on homes and be a liaison between campers and homeowners. You will also be responsible for directing the work plan, securing materials, and managing the work site. You will get a new group of "campers" each week, but you also get to spend the most time with them!

Media Team – Our media team consists of photographers and videographers who are responsible for documenting the excitement of camp. Media team members should be relational, organized, ambitious, and creative.

Photographers follow a shooting schedule, shoot and organize photos of each work site daily, and make a slideshow each day for evening chapel. Applicants should have a working knowledge of photography.

Videographers shoot and edit footage to make a weekly camp video. Applicants should have experience in videography, video production, or photography.

Hospitality Team – This person will be the food service manager and local volunteer coordinator. You'll also be in charge of the daily evening activities as well as meal preparation, shopping and planning.
