In order to shoot with theColbyFiles.com Photography, you must agree to the terms as stated here

In consideration of my engagement as a [Model], upon the terms herewith stated, I, hereby give to Duane Rumback aka Colby Files, [Photographer], of theColbyFiles.com | PHOTOGRAPHY, his/her heirs, legal representatives and assigns, those for whom the photographer is acting, and those acting with his/her authority and permission:  a)  the unrestricted right and permission to photograph, video and copyright photographic portraits, videos or pictures of me without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media.  c)  I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied. I release Photographer and/or his/her assigns, from any liability due to the use, sale of and publication of the Photos and/or videos. I permit  licensing, and sale of printed material, speciality products and digital downloads in connection therewith.  c)  I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability of injury during the photoshoot, edited photos by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.   d) I confirm that all poses, positions, and situations presented in the Photos are entered into willingly, without force or coercion.  e) I may use edited Photos provided me from the photoshoot to promote my modeling business, including the use of the Photos in portfolios, exhibitions, social media, websites and contests. I agree to not crop, edit or alter the edited images given to me in any way. Any photo where the photographer’s watermark exists such watermarks are not to be cropped out unless permission is received to do so.  Commercial use of images by model/client is allowed up to 250 sales/uses. However, the Model may not sell or transfer the copyrights of the Photos to any entity including agencies without the written consent of Photographer.  f) Images and Copyright -  I agree that the photographs and/or videos produced by theColbyFiles.com | PHOTOGRAPY are protected byFederal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be used or reproduced in any manner, except that stated above, without explicitly written permission.  g)  I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.   This release applies to all past, present and future photoshoots with Colby Files.

I PERMIT LICENSING, AND SALE OF PRINTED MATERIAL, SPECIALTY PRODUCTS AND DIGITAL DOWNLOADS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. IMAGES MAY BE LICENSED IN THE PHOTOGRAPHERS STOCK PHOTO LIBRARY.

c) I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability of injury during the photoshoot, edited photos by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Provided photos will be in high resolution. I agree to not crop, edit or alter the edited images given to me in any way. However, the Model may not sell or transfer the copyrights of the Photos to any entity including agencies without the written consent of Photographer.

f) Images and Copyright - I agree that the photographs and/or videos produced by theColbyFiles.com | PHOTOGRAPHY are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be used or reproduced in any manner, except that stated above, without explicitly written permission.

g) I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

This release applies to all past, present and future photoshoots with Colby Files.
