Team Building Support Request
HPLS will consider supporting members who are taking part in a team building activity day. The level of support will depend on the nature of the activity, the cost and how many members involved. As a minimum we can normally subsidise 25% of the cost. Only HPLS members within the group can be supported. Please complete the below and submit. Applications should be made at least one month from the event. Retrospective applications are not permitted.

Duplicate claims for subsidies should not be made to the Southampton Police Club Trust Fund if applying to HPLS. Please confirm no other claim is being made?
