MNWT Fast Start: District Director
The following Fast Start is designed to help you begin your year well-rounded, and on the right track. This will, in turn, help your district run smoothly. All verification must be sent to the state administrative vice president (AVP) by July 15. Special recognition may be give to those who complete the program; awards will be presented at Fall State.

ALL VERIFICATION IS TO BE SENT BY JULY 15. Copies of all information that verifies completion must be emailed separately. All items must be DATED.

Responses to the online form will be viewed by your state administrative vice president. Fill in as much information as you know. Upon completion of the form, click Submit; you will receive a confirmation screen if your form has been successfully submitted. (rev 2018)

  • Enter a list of your chapters, including the date of your scheduled visitation, and an explanation of what you plan to do at each chapter; have planned a program (PEP course, orientation, skit, etc.) for each visit; contact all chapters to schedule a visitation prior to August 1.
  • List any TLC chapter, if applicable; if you one or more, contact and schedule a visitation with each one prior to July 15; again, enter the planned program (orientation, skit, etc.) for each visit.
