VENDOR CONTRACT for 2022 TICA Annual
**LAST DAY FOR VENDOR SIGN-UP IS FRIDAY, AUGUST 12, 2022.

Vendor Space, as available, may be reserved by receipt of both the signed contract AND payment in full. By submitting this form, you are in agreement to your commitment to pay the fee(s) below, regardless of whether you attend.

NOTE: We are planning to have visitors/spectators at this show pending current, local laws.

UNLOADING: Those who don't need the loading docks can pull in to the hotel entrance on the north side of the building and use the bell hop (tipping is required) to get your goods to the showhall. Those who will have a truck and need to use the loading docks on Thursday from 12 - 4 PM.

Small trucks can park in the hotel garage. Larger trucks will need to park at the McCormick Place Lot B overnight. Daily rate ~$16 (no in & out privileges). https://www.mccormickplace.com/getting-here/parking-rates/

THURSDAY SET-UP 12 PM - 4 PM for those coming with a large truck that needs unloading at the loading docks. Unavailable outside of this window.

FRIDAY SET-UP: 9 AM - 1 PM (soft/quiet set-up during the congresses from 1-5 PM). Please let the vendor coordinator know if you will NOT be setting up on Friday.

SATURDAY SET-UP: 7:00-9 AM

SHOW HOURS: Saturday/Sunday 9 AM - 4 PM.

Vendors must be out of the showhall by Sunday at 9 PM.

*1500 pounds of drayage included in the full booth price.

*In addition to the below vendor fees, the club requests vendor donates an item for the club raffle. Coupons redeemable for merchandise are acceptable.

*Vendors must confine themselves to their assigned space. No relocations or set-up during show hours permitted. No loading or unloading will be allowed during the scheduled show hours.

*Vendors are solely responsible for payment of any required sales taxes.

*Electricity is coordinated with Red Oaks (decorator). Info will be sent to all vendors early August for booth enhancement requests.

*Tables are draped. Vendors may also bring their own coverings.

*Outside food is NOT allowed in the hall. A concessions stand will be open during lunchtime for food purchases.

*In the case of an NSF check, you will be charged a $45 fee.

*No refunds for failure to attend/vend.

*SPACE SIZE IS APPROXIMATE.

*For those wishing to vend in a grooming space:
1. You must have an entry in the show.
2. These spaces are limited to 20 until we know that we will have enough space for all of our exhibitors & cats.
3. Multi-tiered set-up not allowed (no tables stacked on the grooming area for instance).
4. You cannot set-up into the aisle.
