Unit Summer Camp Refund Request Due to COVID19
This form is intended to be completed by UNIT LEADERS ONLY. For individuals who are requesting a refund, please contact your unit leader.

If your unit has multiple reservations (i.e. a reservation for Cub Scout Resident Camp and Webelos Resident Camp), please submit a separate request for camp session. No refunds will be issued until this form is received.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.

Meal tickets, t-shirts orders, and paid programs fees will be refunded.

  • In all cases, any refunds will be sent by the Council to the unit only, not directly to individuals. Units will then need to distribute refunds to individuals from their unit. Checks will be made payable to the unit.
