CSC Emergency Food Bank Intake Form
The Canadore Students’ Council at Canadore College has an EMERGENCY food bank for currently attending students who are in urgent need of food. Students accessing this service MUST present their valid student ID. This service is not meant to provide free groceries to all of the students attending, only to those who are in dire need of this type of support.

The CSC Food Bank can be accessed a maximum of three times per semester, or once per month (30 days), during regular hours of operation, which are Monday to Friday, with the exception of statutory holidays, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Please note that these hours are subject to change due to staffing shortages, meetings, as well as during the summer months.

Students wishing to access the Emergency Food Bank MUST upload the completed Acknowledgement Letter and Application Form below.

All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and an application does not guarantee access to the Emergency Food Bank.
