Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the American Diabetes Association's 83rd Scientific Sessions, to be held June 23-26, 2023, in San Diego, CA. Exhibitors have the opportunity to submit a 50-word description of their product or service for inclusion in the Association’s Digital Final Program and Mobile App.

Exhibitors have the opportunity to select product categories that will be included in the Mobile App.

You must fill out the fields in the form below. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Once you have entered the information, please click on the submit button at the bottom of this form.

Note: Entries received after the following dates will not be included in the Final Program (Digital) and/or Mobile App:

Mobile App: 5/15/2023

As an exhibitor at the Scientific Sessions you are giving the American Diabetes Association consent to change your company descriptions for publication for grammatical and style guide consistency and accuracy.
