Nanyang Primary School values our parent volunteers' (PV) contribution to the school and welcomes all interested parents to apply as PVs. The objective is to enable the successful PV to qualify for priority registration under Phase 2B as well as to encourage long-term involvement of the parents with the school.

Parents, who are interested to join as PV, please provide a copy of the following:

- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Singapore Citizenship Certificate if the child is not a Singaporean at birth
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) of both parents

For Singaporean and Singapore PR children born in the year 2014, the closing date for registration will be 31st July 2018.

The PV selection is not on a first-come, first-served basis. The school has the final and sole discretion in inviting shortlisted applicants for an interview, with the representatives of the school, which will be held in November/December 2018. We seek your understanding that the school will not be able to share with you the reasons for non-selection.

Successful PVs will be notified by year end to commence their service in area(s) which the school deems fit. They are to ensure that they will be able to meet the minimum 80 hours of voluntary service by June 2020 if they would like to be eligible for Phase 2B of the Primary One Registration Exercise.

PVs are to note that their children are not guaranteed of a place in Nanyang Primary School under Phase 2B of the Primary One Registration Exercise. For more details and latest information on Phase 2B eligibility, please refer to the MOE website at https://www.moe.gov.sg/admissions/primary-one-registration
