By checking the box below, you acknowledge and authorize Avant Fare Travel to charge a cancellation fee of $100 per person for the cancellation of any vacation once it has been booked and deposited. An agency change fee of $75 will be charged for any client-requested modification (including, but not limited to, date changes, air changes, or property changes) after booking and deposit.

These fees are assessed separately by Avant Fare Travel and are in addition to any penalties or charges imposed by the travel suppliers used to book your trip. Supplier penalties are determined by their own terms and conditions.

All fees will be charged as a separate transaction by Avant Fare Travel to the credit card on file prior to the completion of any change or cancellation. Avant Fare Travel’s fees are non-refundable and are not covered by any travel insurance policy.
