    For PRIVATE transfer services, ALL guests sharing a private transfer must be on the same exact arrival and departure flights. Similar flight times are not permissible as airline delays and cancellations can occur.
  • Travel protection is highly recommended for all clients traveling internationally.

    Reservations become fully non-refundable for any reason after the date specified in the Contracted Group Terms and Conditions. Please review the cancellation policy of your reservation.

    Travel Protection helps give you some peace of mind, before and during travel. You may cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund for your vacation, less the cost of the travel protection plan (subject to plan policies). Your refund is made in the original form of payment, unless at the time of purchase you elect to receive your refund in the form of travel credits.   • Travel Insurance: Purchasing travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended to protect your investment. GROUP PROTECTION PLANS CAN ONLY BE ADDED AT THE TIME OF INITIAL BOOKING.

    Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $100 per room or the complete cost of Travel Protection Plus is due at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for any reason. Travel protection plans are non-refundable, non-transferable once purchased; this overrides the VE contract terms for the protected traveler. If your reservation is submitted within 7 days of the final payment due date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

    Final Payment: Reservations are due in full on or before 07/23/2025. Any reservations not paid in full by this date are subject to cancellation and no refund will be issued.

    Changes: All changes are subject to availability. Changes within 30 days of arrival may be denied by the Resort. Changes to a reservation are allowed until 07/23/2025 with no fee. Any changes after 07/23/2025 are subject to a $50 travel agency change fee per change in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties and are subject to prevailing rates.

    Cancellations: Cancellations for any reason up until 07/23/2025 are subject to a $100 per room cancellation penalty. Cancellations for any reason after 07/23/2025 are subject to 100% penalty and reservations are fully non-refundable. If a Vacation Express Group Protection Plan was purchased at the time of booking, the travel protection plan is non-refundable/non-transferable and refunds are subject to the terms of the travel protection plan policy.

    Payments will not be processed until the reservation is confirmed, which is typically within 2-3 business days of submitting this form. If there is insufficient inventory to fulfill the reservation, the client will be contacted and the room will be requested from the resort. Please allow 3-5 business days for inventory to be confirmed by the resort.

    In some cases, the resort will need to be contacted to address special circumstances. Examples include unlisted room category, price match requests and split stays. It may take 3-5 business days for the resort to address the request. If the resort approves the request, the lead guest will be contacted via email to review and approve the reservation prior to submitting the deposit.

    Payment information submitted with this reservation is not kept on file. All payments require the authorized cardholder to complete a payment authorization form via secure payment link. Payments can not be accepted via email, phone or messaging systems.

  • Travel Insurance Acknowledgement

  • Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. Luxury Travel Boutique, LLC highly
    recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their travel. Cancellation penalties for cancellation range from full deposit to no refund at all. Also, keep in mind that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country.

    Travel insurance may protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances. Review plan policy for specific coverage details.

    In order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, or for supplier default, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or within the Time Sensitive Period (usually a few weeks after initial trip deposit).

    Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents, and cannot legally provide
    specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if Luxury Travel Boutique, LLC does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own.
