The purpose of this information is to guide you through the process of handling your vehicle damage/loss claim. This information will also be emailed to the address provided above. If your vehicle has been damaged there are two ways in which to begin the claims process. You may:
1.) Contact Your Insurance Carrier:
The simplest way to resolve a claim, is to contact your insurance carrier. A representative from your company will work directly with a representative of PMC to investigate and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
2.) Handling Directly With Our Company
A PMC incident report will be filed with our corporate office on the next business day. If you choose to work directly with PMC rather than contacting your insurance carrier please note the claims procedure listed below.
Once your claim has been filed with PMC. PMC is committed to fair settlement of all claims.
Release and Payment:
Upon completion of the claim investigation, and receipt of the signed release a payment request will be returned to PMC and a check issued to the total amount of repairs.
