All attendees (e.g., Dealer and Allied Members, Spouses, Guests and children) must register and have a badge to attend. There is no charge for children 17 and under, but they require a badge. Badges are required for ALL Convention functions.

All educational programs, food functions (e.g., Welcome Reception, After Glow, Cocktail Reception, Awards Dinner, After Party, Thursday and Friday Breakfasts, and Thursday Exhibition & Luncheon) are included with Dealer, Allied member or Spouse/Guest registration categories. Optional activities and golf are not included and require an additional fee to participate. Look for complete descriptions online at www.ntda.org.

Substitutions allowable. Cancellations received in writing by Aug. 21, 2015 qualify for a 100% refund. Cancellations received in writing between Aug. 22, 2015 and Sept. 2, 2015 qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations received Sept. 3, 2015 and after are not eligible for a refund. (Note, cancellation policies will be strictly enforced. Due to restrictive hotel policies, the NTDA must pay for unused guest rooms and for food and beverage guarantees in advance of the event whether a member attends or cancels.)
