OFFER AND ELIGIBILITY

The Gift of Ballet is a special introductory experience available exclusively to children who have never previously attended classes or been enrolled at North Central Ballet (NCB).

Current and former NCB students are not eligible. A sibling of a current student may participate if that child has never attended NCB. All purchases are subject to verification of new-student eligibility. NCB reserves the right to cancel and refund an ineligible purchase.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

The $99 Gift of Ballet package includes four consecutive weekly classical ballet classes during the selected January or February 2027 session. The package provides one regularly scheduled, level-appropriate class per week, for a total of four classes.

Class placement is determined exclusively by North Central Ballet based on the child's age, previous training, ability, and available class openings. Purchase does not guarantee placement in a particular class, day, time, or level.

SESSION SELECTION AND EXPIRATION

Purchasers must select one of the following sessions:

January 2027: January 4–31

February 2027: February 1–28

The four classes must be completed within the selected session. Packages cannot be transferred to another month, extended into March, or redeemed at a later date.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Classes must be attended on the assigned, regularly scheduled class day. Missed classes, whether due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances, are forfeited.

No makeup classes, substitutions, credits, extensions, or partial refunds are provided for missed classes.

REGISTRATION FEE WAIVER

The standard $35 registration fee will be waived only when the participating child continues directly into regular North Central Ballet enrollment following completion of the Gift of Ballet session.

The registration fee waiver has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be applied to future enrollment after a break in attendance.

Regular monthly tuition is separate from the $99 introductory package and will be charged according to NCB's established tuition schedule and the student's assigned class schedule.

SPRING 2027 PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES

North Central Ballet's Spring 2027 productions include The Sleeping Beauty and Giselle. Students who continue into regular enrollment may have opportunities to participate, depending on their level, eligibility, casting, rehearsal requirements, and production needs.

Purchase of the Gift of Ballet package does not guarantee performance participation, a role, or casting in either production.

PAYMENT AND PROCESSING FEES

The Gift of Ballet introductory package is $99, inclusive of online payment processing. No additional processing fees will be charged to the purchaser.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. No additional introductory trial class or trial-class credit is included.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

A personalized digital gift certificate will be provided using the recipient information submitted with the order. No physical certificate will be mailed.

The certificate is valid only for the eligible child named on the purchase and for the selected January or February 2027 session. It is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another student.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

All Gift of Ballet purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law or when NCB cancels a purchase due to ineligibility or inability to provide an appropriate class placement.

Unused classes, missed classes, and unredeemed certificates have no cash or credit value after the selected session expires.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting payment, the purchaser confirms that the information provided is accurate, that the participating child meets the new-student eligibility requirements, and that the purchaser has read and agrees to all Gift of Ballet Purchase Terms & Conditions.

PARENT/GUARDIAN REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

I understand that purchasing The Gift of Ballet does not complete the child's student enrollment. Before attending the first class, the child's parent or legal guardian must complete North Central Ballet's official student registration, including all required participation waivers and acknowledgments.

The $99 gift package is prepaid, and completing the required studio registration will not result in an additional charge for the gift package.
