Tom Douville Scholarship Application
The Colorado Environmental Health Association has designed the scholarship to honor the late Tom Douville. Mr. Douville was the Environmental Health Director of Mesa County from 1981 to 1985 and of Boulder County from 1985 until his death in November of 1996.

CEHA has established this scholarship for students from Colorado universities who serve as interns in local health departments. CEHA is looking for students who show strong leadership skills and interest in environmental health.

--The applicant must be completing or have completed an internship with a Colorado health department in the Environmental Health Division within one year of the application.

--The applicant must be a recent Colorado graduate or a student in a colorado college or university enrolled in Environmental Health Science or a related field.

--The applicant must be a member in good standing of the Colorado Environmental Health Association.

--The application must be submitted online or postmarked (if ain hard copy form) on or before August 16th.

--Awards will be announced in September and will be made directly to the selected intern (s). The yearly scholarship award may be up to $1,00, which may be divided depending on the number of applicants; minimum award is $250. Recipients will be acknowledged in CEHA's newsletter and at the Annual Education Conference in September.
