Checkout is before 10am. Checkout after 10am is available at a half-day cost of $27.

We will give you a specific time for drop off & pick up. These are scheduled in 15 min increments (there is a $10 late fee for arriving outside of your scheduled time). Check in and Checkout is available Monday - Friday from 6am - 6pm. Weekends we have morning (~8am) and evening (~8pm) pick up times available only. Please specify an approximate desired time and we will confirm your specific time at scheduling.

If your dog has not been assessed here but is dog friendly, we can schedule an assessment prior to their stay. The assessment fee is $48, and when approved, there is no additional cost for group play or daycare participation during this or future stays in Deluxe or Luxury rooms.

I represent and warrant to Tails of Success that my dog is current on vaccinations as recommended by my veterinarian; is free of all fleas, worms and other parasites; has no current illness or injury, or any signs or symptoms of illness, and has not displayed any signs or symptoms of illness over the previous 10 days. My dog has not bitten or exhibited other aggressive behavior towards any person or animal, and all information I have given about my dog is accurate and complete. Initial: *

Kennel cough and influenza vaccine are not required for boarding with us. If your dog receives these vaccines, please ensure that they are given a MINIMUM of 5 days prior to your boarding stay. Please see our website for additional information on this policy.

A credit card is required for all boarding reservations and a non-refundable deposit equal to one night stay is required. We will run the balance of your visit on the same card during or after your stay.

7 business days advance notice is required to cancel, shorten, or reschedule a boarding stay. If notice is given with less than 7 days a 20% fee of the total stay will be charged. With less than 3 business days, the fee is 50%. Notice given with 1 business day or less will be charged for the entire reservation in full. *

I understand this policy and authorize Tails of Success to charge my card for the non-refundable deposit, the balance of my stay, and any and all cancellations fees accrued according to the above policy.

I recognize and accept the possible risks involved in participating in boarding and related services, including but not limited to cuts, scratches, scrapes, pulled or torn ligaments/tendons, bites, punctures, communicable illness, escape and death. I accept responsibility for any and all illness, injury and/or incident that might occur. I have no reason to believe that my dog/s poses a risk to people, animals or property, therefore I also accept full legal and financial responsibility for any damage or injury to persons, property or animals arising out of my dog’s participation in boarding, daycare or other use of the facility. We ask that you bring your dog's food bagged per meal (2 per day) and a email a copy of current vaccine records to Tailsofsuccess@gmail.com. We have everything else your dog needs to be comfortable during their stay, including bedding, toys, and dishes, and it is NOT recommended that you bring anything additional.
