GENERAL INFORMATION -
COVID 19. I understand that I am registering my child to attend the First Coast Taekwondo Summer Camp during Covid 19 and the inherent risks with this decision. Given the nature of what we do, it is inevitable that campers will come in contact with each other. However, we are taking every precaution we can to provide a safe environment for your family.

I understand and agree to First Coast Taekwondo updating its summer camp policies as needed in order to comply with City, State and CDC guidelines as needed and without notice or need for re-authorization.

Camp is limited to 15-25 campers this year. Campers will be treated as “households,” so they won’t have to socially distance in the camp, but they will have to socially distance as needed and directed by teachers (example - field trips)

We will wash and sanitize our hands a LOT more, and we will also clean (and ask campers to help clean) a lot more as well.

If your camper is at higher risk for COVID-19 complications, please email us at FCTfrontdesk@hotmail.com as soon as possible. We recommend that parents/guardians of higher-risk campers consult their child’s medical provider to assess the risk before attending. High-risk conditions include (but aren’t limited to): Hemoglobin disorders Immunocompromisation Liver disease Serious heart conditions Severe obesity.

SUMMER CAMP: In order to comply with city, state and CDC guidelines, we are only accepting a limited number of Full Time Campers this year. Parents are registering their child for the full 10 week summer camp (6/1/20 until 8/7/20) for a total cost of $1,600. This cost may be paid weekly, bi-weekly or in full at the beginning of summer. Please note there are NO reductions in tuition due to absences this year as a result of a very limited number spots being available.
