Join STAR for this special workshop for survivors of sexual trauma. This workshop is based on 5Rhythms, a dynamic movement practice, a practice of being in your body that ignites creativity, connection, and community.
Learn to follow the wave of the rhythms to help restore and heal from trauma. Wear something comfortable. Bring yourself.
