    Position Title: Administrative
    Location: Dublin, GA. 31021
    Duration: Full Time (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm)
    Salary: Based upon experience

We offer New & Used Equipment, such as: Towable Boom Lifts, Used Telehandlers Forklifts, Used Boom Lifts, Used Scissor Lifts, Used Cranes & other Used Heavy Equipment. We specialize in meeting the needs of the construction and agricultural industries and provide a full range of reconditioning and refurbishing services. Tristar Aerial identifies and fulfills the needs within our industry. We are solutions oriented and customer driven.     Position Summary:
    - Handle phones and messages, screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible, arrange “call-backs”, route calls elsewhere as needed.
    - Provide administrative support to function department as needed (e.g. record keeping), create and maintain confidential files, maintain/update organization charts & directories, maintain records, logs, information, reports, and data appropriate to business process.
    - Research information, prepare and distribute as required - presentations, reports, graphs, charts, spreadsheets.
    - Assist Department ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of equipment and attachments, manage purchase orders, payment requests, scheduling delivery and pick-up of equipment and other related forms and documents as required.
    - Organize programs, events, meetings issuing information or invitations and controlling event budget.
    - Participate in administrative staff meetings, other meetings and seminars as required.
    - Assist all departments with workflow and perform other position related duties as specified by management
    - We are looking for good problem solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions for dilemmas and problems.
    - Communication— able to edit work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively, read & interpret written information, good phone skills, is tactful and discrete in interactions.
    - Self-directed, displays initiative and can work independently.
    - Organizational and Time management skills : multi-tasking and prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high level goals
    - Team player with proven ability to work under pressure
    - Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up.
    - Adaptability to changes in the work environment - manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
    - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office Products, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    - Ability to quickly adapt & work with new software
    Qualifications and Skills:
    - Associates (Preferred)
    - 1 Year Administrative Support (Preferred)
    - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
    - Ability to take detailed notes of problems and issues.
    - Ability to use and communicate via e-mail.
    - Ability to pass Criminal Background Check.
